OSItalia has developed a connector to integrate OS1 with the ARXivar Document & Workflow Platform NEXT document management system, interfacing with it through REST APIs.
Starting from OS1 version 5.3, ERP users can archive both generated and received documents directly in ARXivar NEXT.
The following OS1 modules can be integrated with ARXivar NEXT document archiving:
- General Ledger (Accounting Journal Entries);
- Sales cycle documents: Quotations, Sales Orders, Packing Lists, Delivery Notes (DDTs), Sales Invoices, and Picking Lists;
- Purchase cycle documents: Requests for Quotation, Purchase Orders, Subcontracting Purchase Orders, Subcontracting Delivery Notes, Returns, Delivery Notes, Purchase Invoices, Subcontractor Invoices, Purchase Requisitions, and Self-Invoices.
