TIME has developed a patented connector capable of transferring information bidirectionally between ARXivar and BMS, the ERP platform developed by TIME to manage companies’ business processes.
This partnership was created to meet the need to integrate document management and approval process management functionalities into BMS; for this reason, ARXivar NEXT was selected as the solution.
The connector automatically provides all data and metadata generated in BMS and associates them with a document profile directly within ARXivar NEXT.
This connector enables the management of both the most common processes, such as active and passive cycles and customer/supplier master data synchronization, as well as workflows across different business areas, including production, quality, warehouse management, human resources management, and more.
In addition to BMS and ARXivar NEXT, the connector infrastructure also includes Digital Trust Services (electronic invoicing and legally compliant digital preservation).
