The connector developed by Present integrates electronic invoicing services with the ARXivar Cloud intermediary (ARXivar Invoice) and the Digital Trust Services components (ARXivar eArchiving for legally compliant digital preservation and ARXivar Peppol for electronic order management) with the SAP ERP system.
The dashboards developed by Present in SAP allow users to manage:
- General Parameters for configurations valid across the entire solution, regardless of the active cycle, passive cycle, or other document flows.
- Active Cycle for configuring the management of outgoing invoices, orders, order confirmations, delivery notes, attachments, and other related documents, as well as configuring the functionalities available in the dedicated dashboard.
- Passive Cycle for configuring the management of incoming invoices, orders, purchase requests, delivery notes, attachments, and other related documents, as well as configuring the functionalities available in the dedicated dashboard.
The solution also includes:
- Tables for managing service calls to ARXivar services (ARXivar NEXT and ARXivar READY), ARXivar Invoice, ARXivar eArchiving, and ARXivar Peppol.
- Jobs for invoice transmission and notification retrieval.
- Jobs for receiving invoices to be registered.
- SAP engine for the automatic registration and reconciliation of documents and transactions.
